User Guide

Standardized data input format

  • Do not edit column headers
  • Each date and time line item and the corresponding cells in the same row must have an entry for each column, as shown in the template.
  • ID – Subject ID Number.
  • Time – Date and time of the event corresponding to the data input type. Formatting of the date and time data MUST BE in the format of m/d/yyyy h:mm.
  • Type – Data type corresponding to the selectable variables on the Data input tab for the respective drug module. The formatting of the text must be exactly the same as it is shown in the Type drop down on the Data input tab.
  • Value – Numerical value of the data type (see FAQ for more details).
  • Infusion – Numerical value of the infusion time of a parenteral drug in hours and must be greater then 0 for all Dosing data types. For all others enter the value of zero.
  • Age – Numerical value of the subject age in the unit specified in the Ageunit column.
  • Sex – Gender of the subject assigned at birth, must be an entry either MALE or FEMALE.
  • Height – Subject height (see FAQ for more details).
  • TARGET –
    • AUC/MIC ratio: AUCMIC
    • % T > MIC: TOVERMIC
    • Trough/MIC ratio: TROUGHMIC
    • Range of target trough concentration: TROUGHRANGE
  • TARGETVALUE –
    • AUC/MIC ratio: enter numerical value for the lower end of the target range
    • % T > MIC: enter numerical value for the target, must be positive number equal to or below 100
    • Trough/MIC ratio: enter numerical value for the target
    • Range of target trough concentration: enter numerical value for the lower end of the target range
  • Analyte – Enter UNBOUND if you measure unbound concentrations or BOTH if measure the total concentrations with the drug assay at your institution.
  • Timeoffset – Numerical value of the time offset from UTC. We recommend to confirm with plotted data during analysis.
  • Ageunits – must be an entry of years or days.
  • GA – Gestational age in weeks, where applicable based on the model used for analysis, otherwise enter 37 for adults and all others.
  • Weight – subject weight (see FAQ for more details).
